1. Introduction

Your continued use of the Site following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may terminate your account within 7 days of the changes taking effect.

2. User Eligibility and Account Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register for an account, you must:

  • Use a valid email address.
  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

ABTdomain is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access or use.

2.3 Account Termination

  • Accounts may be terminated for violating these Terms.
  • Users may request termination during the current month, effective from the first day of the following month.
  • No refunds will be provided upon termination.
  • ABTdomain reserves the right to refuse service to users at its sole discretion, even without a Terms violation.

3. Service Description and Pricing

3.1 Membership Levels

Premium Membership ($17/month) FREE!

  • Daily updates of newly registered domains for popular ALL monitored gTLDs (e.g., .com, .xyz, .top, .shop, .net).

    • Platinum Membership ($57/month)

    • Downloadable whois information databases for all newly monitored registered domains, including but not limited to: domain, suffix, creation date, expiration date, registrar, status, and nameserver.
    • Weekly updates active domain databases for all ABTdomain monitored gTLDs.

    Custom Services

    • Reverse Nameserver: Daily updates, pricing based on nameserver quantity.
    • Keywords Monitor: Daily updates, pricing based on keyword quantity.
    • TLD ALL ACTIVE DOMAINS WHOIS Check: Contact us: send an Email.

    All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and 3 download attempts per file. without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to uninterrupted availability or accuracy.

    3.2 Service Restrictions

    Users agree to the following restrictions:

    • No sharing or redistribution of downloaded content.
    • Strict adherence to download limits.
    • No scraping or automated bulk downloading.
    • No circumvention of technical restrictions.
    • Any attempts to violate these restrictions will result in immediate account termination.

    4. User Information and Privacy

    4.1 Information Collection

    We may collect:

    • Registration information (e.g., email address, username).
    • Payment information (via third-party payment platforms).
    • Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system).
    • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

    • Refunds are not available for termination due to Terms violations.

    6.2 Account Termination

    Accounts may be terminated for:

    • Cross-border transfers comply with GDPR using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

    The arbitration shall take place in European Union, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

    9.2 Class Action Waiver

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, you expressly waive any right to participate in:

    • Class actions.
    • Class arbitrations.
    • Representative proceedings of any kind.

    All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Combining or consolidating claims with other users’ claims without prior written consent from ABTdomain is strictly prohibited.

    If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void. In such cases, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in European Union.

    9.3 Costs of Arbitration

    Each party shall bear their own arbitration costs and fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator in accordance with the LCIA rules.

    9.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

    This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief or specific performance in a court of law for:

    Data privacy violations.

    Intellectual property rights violations.

    14. Severability

    If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    15. Assignment

    We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. Users may not assign their rights without our consent.

    16. Language

    The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any translations are provided for convenience only.

    17. Complete Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ABTdomain, superseding all prior agreements

    By using ABTdomain.com services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABTdomain from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the services, including third-party claims.

    If you are a resident of the European Union, you may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of accepting these Terms by sending a written request to abtdomain@outlook.com. If you do not opt out, you will be bound by the arbitration agreement and class action waiver.
